Sassoscritto comes from a research on the graphic definition of surfaces through a three-dimensional process. The result is a collection that uses light's angle of reflection to define a constantly changing surface. The imperfection of the delicate engravings, completely hand carved, draws and enhances the surface reflections depending on the observer's different point of view. The handmade touch of Sassoscritto combines soft color uniformity with vibrant and delicate graphic variations.
