I feel so fortunate to have found ArtWalk tile and have nothing but praise for the excellent customer service I received from both Evelin and Julia Flores. A toilet pipe ruptured at our home and our best option was to remodel the bathroom. As I began searching for tile, I realized that nothing looked good in the context of our older home. My dad built the home 50 years ago, and I was trying to keep the style and color scheme. I remembered I had a sample of Anthology Marble Royal Marfil tile that I was going to use when we talked about remodeling the bathroom several years ago, but I found out the line had been discontinued. To my delight, when I searched the internet for the tile, I found that the overstock had gone to ArtWalk. I ordered a sample and it arrived quickly. I was delighted that it looked that same as is did 9 years ago, so I decided to order it despite that fact that I was uncertain how we would make it work on the curb of our shower. My designer had told me that you cannot bevel cut porcelain tile. However, in a conversation with Evelin, she told me that they can bevel cut porcelain tile in her shop and that I should be able to find someone to do it locally. It turns out she was right, so because of her help, our project is coming together. I am so thankful that I found such a wonderful business with great products, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend ArtWalk tile.

We purchased tile for a bathroom floor and it was handled in a very professional way. The owner called personally to answer our questions. It was shipped by Old Dominion and they called to notify us when the tile would arrive and sent us tracking numbers. The tile arrived on time on a pallet. NOTE: Of the 11 cartons of American Olean tile, 10 tiles had very small corners broken off. The breaks were half way down in the boxes and were not noted until we opened each box. Fortunately, this was not a problem as we had ordered extra tile, but might be a consideration when ordering tile. I think it was American Olean's lack of quality control and not the shipper.

Artwalk was extremely prompt in responding to my request for sample tiles. Ultimately, I did not place an order. The tile, though lovely, did not align with my design. But I was very impressed with the quality of the tile and especially the customer service.

I was eyeing up another tile which would've taken 12 weeks to ship from Italy. That tile was a similar quality but had a leather look. This tile looked more mottled like a galaxy. It paired so well with the other finger tile I chose. I couldn't be happier with the quality of it. Super sturdy and easy to work with. My tiler was able to do mitered edges for the shower niche.

Our tile arrived in mint condition and it is absolutely gorgeous! Along with being aesthetically beautiful, they were very reasonably priced. Our GC was equally impressed with the quality and look of these tiles. Their sales team and customer service departments are knowledgeable and courteous. We placed an order for backsplash tile on a Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Our large local tile store notified us, the day we were supposed to have tile delivered, that the order would be an additional 6-8 weeks. We found our tile on Artwalk tile, placed the order on a Friday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. It looks fantastic, ordering was easy and shipping was very fast.

This tile is beautiful. I was looking for a gray marble color without prominent vein lines. It looked gray against the paint samples and other decorative tile, however when it's on the walls it looks beige and picks up whatever color it's near. The time of day with the sunlight also changed it too. I still love it though. I used it on my shower walls, wall around my toilet and jacuzzi and it's step as well as for baseboard.

I ordered a sample tile before making my decision and it arrived quickly. The customer service was excellent.

I ordered extra of this tile in case we needed it because they only ship LTL and it's quite expensive. We have three boxes leftover.

I don't have the option but I would've uploaded finished pictures.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Reasonably priced tile and shipping. We were one box short for our bathroom and the tile came quickly. Wonderful selection, easy ordering process, and I was able to reach a person when we had questions about delivery. I'd order from Artwalk Tile again.
