I live on the west coast. I ordered some expensive tile from a distributer and some arrived broken. My distributer was going to reorder from Italy. I found it at Artwalk tile. The representatives were so helpful and the way they took care of wrapping up the items for shipping none of the 8x32 arrived broken. Easy to West coast! Thank you Artwalk.

We weren't able to find a local store to carry this tile but Artwalk Tile was easy to work with and we got our order shipping to us quickly. All tiles arrived in perfect condition and we love how it looks in our new kitchen.

I've bought Eleganza tile before through a local dealer, and I was a little hesitant to buy it online, but I decided to take a chance. This turned out to be a perfect transaction; the price was excellent, the tile arrived much more swiftly than if it had been routed through the local vendor, and there was no damage whatsoever. If I ever need more tile, I'll definitely try Artwalk again!

Shipping was a tad slow, but it got here undamaged in great packaging. Literally couldn't find this tile anywhere online except through Artwalk so kudos to y'all for having it in stock.

We encountered an issue where we were missing key tile for a master shower within our home construction. Given the timing of the work, we needed to find the tile we needed and have it shipped quickly. We discovered Artwalk by looking for the particular tile we needed and what a great company to find online. They have been extremely helpful in getting us what we need quickly. Their response, whether phone or email, has be incredible. We actually had to get back to them for some new tile needs and they consistently gave use the support we needed. Lastly, Brian Dudley has been key in helping to keep things moving for us. He's been fast to respond, works to give us the best solution, and has been a life saver for our project.

I was dubious to call for a quote but since they were they were singular distributor of the product I really wanted I did. Glad for that. There was something of an eventual supplier glitch but customer service took care of it and really pulled through. Great experience, price , service and follow through.
